I started exploring the world of bread in 2020 and I’ve never looked back. Did I ever think I would be spending my time reading about and loving whole grains? No. But here we are. And I am enjoying every second of it.

I love what bread represents. I love that a loaf of bread brings people together. I love that if the zombie apocalypse happened and we had grain and water and salt, we could survive until the zombies found us. And then we could offer them bread and they would love it, and we would all live in harmony.
